Darowen Jones – Managing Director
Darowen is a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with extensive experience in Operational Management, Business Planning and Project Management within the Regeneration, Heritage and Charity sectors. A member of the Association of Project Management, Darowen combines a strong background in generic management with proven skills in strategic thinking and a logical and analytical approach to problem solving. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate concisely at all levels. Darowen enjoys managing, motivating, training and developing a successful and productive team and thrives in highly pressurised and challenging working environments.
Natasha Jones – Director
Natasha is an experienced Facilities Manager, following a successful career managing non-clinical areas of Birmingham Children’s Hospital. Since the development of Kinver Business Solutions, she has applied her skills coordinating and administering projects, and is now responsible for finance within the business and always on hand to support with client and supplier conversations.
Katie Mills – Principal Consultant
Katie is a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in the management and delivery of Regeneration projects. A graduate in Architectural Technology and subsequently a postgraduate in Building Surveying with a career working predominately within multidisciplinary Regeneration, Enterprise, Planning departments and consultancy firms. She has a strong team player ethos and with a positive, dedicated and motivated mind set, has developed excellent communication, management and organisation skills throughout her career. Katie is driven and determined to ensure we always go that extra mile.
Claire Davies – Principal Consultant
Formerly the National Major Incident Manager at The Riverside Group, Claire heads up our support and solutions to social housing providers and local authorities in the Northwest. With over 20 years’ experience across the building and fire safety sector, Claire’s career has been built on delivering robust compliance, strengthening risk management frameworks and leading operational performance within complex environments. This included ensuring business continuity, minimising risk to residents and assets, and driving timely, controlled resolutions in high-pressure situations. She excels at making informed, risk-based decisions and influencing at all levels to ensure safety and compliance remain central to service delivery.
Helena Hansen-Fure – Associate Principal Consultant
Helena is an experienced programme/project manager with an eye for detail and works alongside our Managing Director on our current Programme Management contract in Ashfield. Highly efficient and process driven, Helena has mastered the ability to prioritise a high workload to fulfil the demands from customers. As a natural decision maker and team player, Helena inspires confidence and respect by listening, analysing and addressing issues, providing our clients with much needed assurance.
Dillon Hodgkinson – Project Manager
Dillon is a Business and Management graduate from Leeds Beckett University with over three years of experience in project management, primarily within the construction and healthcare sectors. His previous roles have focused on client-side, multi-site projects, supporting planning, coordination, and delivery from early stages through to completion. Working alongside colleagues, he continues to develop his skills as he broadens his understanding of construction projects across multiple sectors. Dillon has a strong team ethos and is always on hand to support colleagues, clients and stakeholders in terms of projects and deliverables.
Shelley Ford – Project Coordinator
Shelley brings a wealth of experience and expertise to assist with our project delivery across the East Midlands, strengthening our core team and allowing us to offer a wider range of services to our expanding client list.
Shelley plays a key role in supporting clients, working closely with leadership teams to understand their challenges and implement tailored solutions. Her approach combines attention to detail with a clear focus on outcomes, ensuring that every project contributes measurable value. Throughout her career, she has demonstrated excellent communication and organisational skills, enabling her to contribute effectively in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
Vikki Russell – PA/Administrator
Vikki has a wealth of experience gained within both the Public and Private sectors, having held previous roles of Board Executive Assistant and Office Manager. She has had exposure to multiple industries and numerous government bodies, gaining a solid background in providing robust support, while working proactively and collaboratively to deliver key objectives on time and to a high standard. Vikki’s core strengths are diligence, time management, multiple workstream coordination, and dedication to relationship building based on mutual respect and consideration.
